Lourdes Academy encourages parents to be involved in school activities and student life. There are many
volunteer opportunities to help parents get involved at Lourdes Academy, such as:
Service to the school during the year is required and appreciated at Lourdes Academy. Children who witness
the daily service of their parents learn more readily the message of ministering Christ. Each family is expected
to volunteer 20 hours of service to the school during the school year. If unable to do so a donation ($200.00) to
the school is required. Per diocese mandate, all volunteers must be fingerprinted ($36.00 for FBI background
check - once every five years).
To volunteer, please contact the school office to discuss the current volunteer openings and schedule an
appointment for your background check. Your help and time is needed and always much appreciated!
